Nothing better than a weekend with Papa and Kiki

Few MAJOR announcements: first, Sophie is officially potty trained and wearing only BIG girl panties now!  Yes, yes we are so proud and so are all her teachers at school and Sophie for that fact.  Second, Sophie has really taken to the swimming pool.  She loves blowing bubbles, jumping off the side and this weekend she was practicing swimming (doggie paddling) across the hot tub and she ROCKED it.  She also, all by herself was rolling onto her back and trying to float!  Becky promises to get in the pool Seriously, she is a bucket of fun right now.

 Becky and Jack also got a HOT little convertible new addition to their garage.  Sophie calls it the "big golf cart" and of course she got to ride in it before me, but its ok.  I will get to drive it soon!

 Sunday we attended the PNC craw fish boil.  Its an annual thing with us and a special charity that both Becky and Amanda work at 24/7.  The place was packed, the craw fish were delicious (believe me I know good craw fish) and so many of our close friends and family were there.  Sophie was the main entertainment, she danced and danced and danced.  So much that when the band stopped for the auction to being, she lost it crying for the music to come back.  So Dustin and I took her home, put music videos on the TV and had our own little MTV jam in the family room. 

Simple but special, seems to be our motto these days.
