After starting ballet in January we finally were ready for our first recital. The girls danced to Cuanto Legusta, (its a booty shaker). We had to be at the center at 8:30 for hair and makeup, big thanks to Aunt Amanda for going with us to help. We couldn't have done it without you!

Besties Alyssa and Ava are in the same company but in a different class, we still get to see them every practice and watched them dance to Kiss the girl, its was so cute!
Our little Sophie did GREAT! She shook her booty, blew kisses to the audience, twirled and jumped. The girls were OMG so hilarious and so super cute. I was crying I was laughing so hard at how adorable each of them were.
Love how this picture captured how excited Sophie was to see Grandmommy and Grandpa pop in backstage to wish her luck.
Claire is another special friend, I hope Sophie makes life long friends from dance just like her aunt Amanda did.
After the show we all celebrated with flowers, lots of flowers.
And for a special treat they had all the first generations of this dance academy come up on stage with their little (second generation) dancers. Amanda was so excited she got to be up there with Sophie. So special!
Such a cutie!!!! Looks like she had tons of fun and mom did too. :)
