We took an amazing trip to the Grand Cayman Islands. We were so blessed to be able to share this experience with Papa Jack, Kiki, Grandpa and Grand mamma. As well, as our dear friends the Mack family. The trip was one word- Perfect!
We spent hours swimming with the dolphins. Our special dolphin was named Lucky.
Day two we took a boat about 30 minutes into the Caribbean and jumped off to snorkel the reefs. Sophie, you were a pro. Daddy and I had a hard time keeping up with you. You were chasing the fish and feeding them calamari. The fish were beautiful and swarming us. Sophie was still snorkeling while everyone was loading onto the boat... I think you were the last one to get back on, you loved it.
Wild Starfish that were on the bottom of the ocean floor while we were snorkeling.
All the girls loved the beaches, who wouldn't? They are perfectly white sand and crystal clear water. This was the beach right outside our condo.
View from the deck of the condo
Fancy Dinner night-
Sea Turtle Farm. I didn't think we were going to be able to get these girls to leave! They absolutely thought the turtle farm was so fun! Here are the baby sea turtles we were able to play with.
Relaxing time with Grandpa... and I Pads (lol)
The parents got to go out to Blue one night. Hands down THE best food ever.
Island Girls
We wrapped up our adventures with a trip to Sting Ray City! And for sure we had the coolest kids there. The other kids were holding tight to the parents.... not our little dare devils. They all dived right into the water and started swimming with the sting rays. It was a blast. Btw, we are in the middle of the ocean about 4 miles from shore and the water looks like we are in a swimming pool.
That's all folks! I'm not sure what more these little kiddos could ask for? So happy we had a chance to make these memories together.
