Sophie's Dance Recital was at the Grand Ole Opry in Galveston. So we decided to take advantage and do a quick "staycation" at the San Luis. Our friends the Machowicz joined us on the staycation and we had a blast!
Playing in the pool
This year mamma had to do Sophie's hair and makeup, it is the first year Aunt Nana didn't do it. Poor little Conrad was sick. But I think I did a pretty good job.

The girls performance was inspired by Betty Boop. Channing and Valyn were in Sophie's class. Sophie is the last one on the right.
