Seriously, BassPro is not only for Dads and hunters.... this place was a four hour box of fun for the whole family. First we fished in the pond. They said it was stocked, we didn't catch anything. However, we did find out all we really needed was a tub of worms to entertain three little girls. Even without fish we all had a great time, fishing.
Then we went to check out the man with the large yellow snake. My crazy Sophie was so brave and wanted to let that creepy snake slither all over her, yuck!
I was pretty sure we were coming home with this gem... PTL Daddy forgot about it until we had left the parking lot. We shopped until we dropped and found so much stuff we didn't even know we really needed. :)
And finally here is just a cute update on our Sophie, age 4, 40 lbs, 40", reading and spelling the following words. Fat, Cat, Bat, Dog, Fog, Sat, Hop, Apple, Bark, Mat, Pop...most of the -AT & -OG words. Counting to 80 (not missing a number), Singing all the time and working on rhyming words. She had to guess what food rhymed with confetti and she got it first try- Spaghetti! Currently into Ballet, Gymnastics and reading. We are so proud.
