We went up to the lake to celebrate Christmas with Dee Dee and Poppy. And Santa Clause came all the way back from the North Pole to deliver the kids presents. (Sorry you couldn't make the family picture Dad, but thanks for being there)
One of the many gifts Santa brought the kids was silly string. So before we could even finish opening gifts, the whole family had to go outside for a silly string fight.
Poppy doesn't move very fast, he got hit with lots of silly string.

Then it was time for fireworks. Now last year, Sophie wanted NOTHING to do with fireworks. But this year after lots of talking and getting to wear the special "shooting" headphones, she was completely happy with the idea and loved the sparklers.
Can't believe how big she's getting! Love the one of her by herself with the pink sweater and boots. So cute.
